RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

  • Own full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the go-to contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth processes and compliance
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies and procedures
  • Help build and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Process payroll in partnership with accounting
  • Oversee benefits administration, 401(k) and profit-sharing programs
  • Support performance management and employee relations efforts
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programs

WHAT YOU BRING AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

  • 2 years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing, evolving environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
