RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
- Own full-cycle recruiting: postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the go-to contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth processes and compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies and procedures
- Help build and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Process payroll in partnership with accounting
- Oversee benefits administration, 401(k) and profit-sharing programs
- Support performance management and employee relations efforts
- Contribute to HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programs
WHAT YOU BRING AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
- 2 years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing, evolving environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
