Responsibilities of the HR Director
- The HR Director will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, talent strategy, and compliance
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
- The HR Director will develop and enhance policies, programs, and systems to support workforce engagement and retention
- Lead, mentor, and empower the HR team to deliver best-in-class service across the organization
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Director:
- The HR Director should have some proven experience leading HR operations and strategy
- Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills
Salary: $110-130k
