Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations. This fully onsite role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR while gaining exposure to a variety of functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
HR ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- The HR Administrator will monitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Assist employees with questions related to benefits, policies, and procedures
- The HR Administrator will support the development and communication of HR processes and standards
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system
- The HR Administrator will provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Prior exposure to Human Resources through coursework, internship, or work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within HR
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
