O'Charley's - 7880 Craft Goodman Frontage Road - Responsibilities: Greet guests and open doors as they arrive to create a welcoming first impression; Seat guests and manage flow of dining room to ensure timely seating; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and assist with side work as needed; Answer phones and assist with to-go orders, while upholding company procedures; Communicate with management about guest experiences and operational needs
