About the Role
O'Charley's - 2272 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road - Responsibilities: Courteously open door and greet all Guests immediately upon arrival, making Guests feel welcome and appreciated.; Seat Guests and control the flow of the restaurant.; Answer phones, take to-go orders, and assist with ordering, packaging, and cash handling for To Go items.; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and assist with stocking, running food, and side work.; Communicate openly and honestly with team members and management during meetings and reviews.
