This strategic and hands-on leader will be responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy across various channels, including paid media, website, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle, to drive qualified lead generation and enrollment growth. The role involves defining the role of each digital channel in the customer journey, ensuring cohesive execution, and partnering with marketing leadership to align digital investment strategy with business and franchise growth objectives. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the internal digital marketing team, foster a high-performance culture, and oversee external digital agency relationships. Applicants for the Head of Digital Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing leadership. The role requires a proven track record in leading digital teams, managing agency partners, and a strong background in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance measurement.
