Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across multiple brands. This role focuses heavily on online reputation management and daily social media posting, ensuring our brands show up consistently, professionally, and on time.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple platforms at once.
Key Responsibilities
Reputation Management

  • Monitor and respond to public reviews and comments across platforms including Google and social media
  • Maintain a professional, on-brand tone in all public responses
  • Track brand mentions and overall sentiment
  • Escalate negative or sensitive feedback internally when appropriate
  • Help set up and follow reputation management processes for new companies
Social Media Posting
  • Post daily across priority social platforms (5 days per week)
  • Schedule, repurpose, and organize content across multiple brand pages
  • Ensure posts go out on time with no missed or late publishing
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and quality standards
  • Monitor basic performance and engagement
  • Be able to explain what content performed well and what didn't
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand management
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone and detail
  • Experience responding to public comments or reviews for a business
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands or accounts at the same time
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
  • Highly organized and reliable with strong follow-through
  • Able to take feedback and make quick adjustments
Nice To Have (Not Required)
  • Experience in trucking, logistics, or B2B industries
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profiles
  • Basic understanding of engagement metrics and sentiment tracking
