About the Role
Dairy Queen - - Responsibilities: Manage dining room and kitchen functions while motivating the team to deliver fan experience; Develop the restaurant's business plan to optimize sales and profit and manage restaurant profit & loss; Hire, train, coach and develop the store management team and hourly crew members; Ensure Food Safety is the top training priority and enforce safe food handling practices; Attract new fans and increase restaurant sales through marketing promotions and activities

Qualifications
