About the Role
Five Guys - 1290 Arsenal Street, Suite 6 - Responsibilities: Manage profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions; Maintain an A health inspection rating at all times; Lead by example, showing rather than telling; Effectively train, supervise, and mentors all staff members; Attend mandatory meetings including staff meetings, leadership meetings, etc.
