Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Ability to work flexible hours. Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong industry/business acumen and project management skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of progressive leadership and/or project/program management experience.
