About the Role
Complexity of Work: This role requires critical thinking skills, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to build and foster positive relationships. The incumbent must be able to lead others and take appropriate action when required. Required Work Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, including at least three (3) years of leadership experience within a Medicare Accountable Care Organization and/or Commercial Clinically Integrated Network. Experience in ambulatory care management for a minimum of three (3) years is preferred. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Healthcare Related Field.
