Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sugar Hill, Georgia. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation, plan of care development, and functional treatment program implementation. Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with clinic policies and payer guidelines. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students. Student instruction experience preferred. Demonstrated commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control practices. Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Start: ASAP.
