Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Commerce City, Colorado. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Commerce City, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and use of electronic medical records. Ability to supervise and provide direction for students and support staff as needed. Facility Type: Outpatient Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule Evaluation, treatment plan development, documentation, charge entry, and letters of medical necessity Commerce City provides accessible outdoor recreation and proximity to Denver urban amenities. Paseo Trail and Sand Creek Regional Greenway are local outdoor corridors within a short drive for walking and cycling, and Rocky Mountain National Park is approximately 70 miles northwest for day trips and alpine hiking. The city is about 15 miles northeast of downtown Denver, providing access to attractions such as the Denver Performing Arts Complex and the Riverwalk at Commons Park within a 20–30 minute commute. The area supports an active, suburban lifestyle with nearby waterfront options along Sand Creek and multiple community parks for weekend activity.
