About the Role
Lowe's - 201 Riverside Drive - Responsibilities: Coach and train associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service programs; Monitor activity through surveillance, reporting, and exception-based tools to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations; Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews in accordance with laws and company policy; Investigate and resolve criminal activity, maintain case files, and support law enforcement and court proceedings; Validate store security measures (e.g., locks, gates, alarms) and respond to EAS and emergency exit triggers
