About the Role
Nordstrom - - Responsibilities: Resolve theft by using good judgment and conduct quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas; Identify theft trends by leveraging technology, reporting and surveillance tactics; Drive a shrinkage reduction culture by implementing action plans and merchandise protection standards; Investigate internal theft by gathering evidence and partnering with AP Leadership and Investigation teams; Testify in court when summoned for criminal and/or civil cases

Qualifications
