About the Role
Lowe's - - Responsibilities: Coach and train associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service programs; Monitor activity through surveillance, reporting, and exception-based tools to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations; Investigate and resolve criminal activity, maintain case files, and support law enforcement and court proceedings; Validate store security measures (e.g., locks, gates, alarms) and respond to EAS and emergency exit triggers; Respond effectively to potentially violent situations, ensuring safety and composure
