Fp&a Manager

Location: Shelton, CT (Onsite)
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 total compensation

• Private equity–backed healthcare technology company experiencing strong growth

• Highly visible role working directly with the SVP of Finance and executive leadership

• Regular exposure to private equity investors and board members

• Opportunity to build and scale the FP&A function from the ground up

• Lead and mentor a small FP&A team (U.S. and offshore)

• Ideal for someone who enjoys a build-and-scale environment rather than maintaining an established FP&A function

• Own and maintain ARR bridge analysis and SaaS revenue performance modeling

• Analyze churn, LTV/CAC, and overall SaaS unit economics

• Track and reconcile bookings versus billings

• Provide pricing analysis, deal support, and margin analysis

• Prepare monthly executive reporting packages for the CEO and senior leadership team

• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting to private equity sponsors

• Support board-level financial reporting and analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

• Produce gross margin, headcount, and operational performance reporting

• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

• Lead and develop a small hybrid FP&A team

• Help mature FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and financial discipline

• Partner cross-functionally with leadership across the business

• Prior FP&A leadership experience within a private equity–backed company

• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and modeling

• Experience supporting executive leadership, boards, and investors

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
