Senior Manager of FP&A
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site/Hybrid)
About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible FP&A leadership role within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization. As a Senior Manager of FP&A, you’ll act as a key business partner to executive leadership, helping drive financial insights, planning, and performance management across the organization.
This role goes beyond reporting—it’s focused on analysis, influence, and supporting strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Partner with operations, commercial teams, and leadership to deliver actionable insights
• Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to leadership
• Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives
• Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments is a plus
• Power BI or similar data tools experience is a plus
