• Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports using company data and key metrics
• Gather, organize, and interpret financial information to support business insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial and operational analysis for decision-making
• Assist in developing business cases and evaluating strategic initiatives
• Provide analytical support across multiple departments
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and planning process on a global scale
• Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise reporting tools
• Analyze trends in key performance indicators and investigate variances
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1–3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
