About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Perform routine property maintenance and common-area repairs; Complete commercial-grade carpentry, painting, flooring, ceilings, demo, and light electrical/plumbing; Conduct property inspections and identify repair needs proactively; Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety procedures; Respond to tenant service requests professionally and with minimal disruption
