About the Role
Otterbein SeniorLife - - Responsibilities: Maintains a comfortable, safe and secure environment for the residents, their families, visitors and partners.; Performs a variety of general maintenance tasks, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.; Assists with moving of residents furnishings as needed.; Paints residents' living quarters as needed.; Assists with the on-going preventative maintenance program of cleaning, repairing and operating equipment, which minimizes abnormal equipment failure.
