About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales; Manage store scheduling, payroll, and budgeting to maximize productivity and meet payroll goals; Develop and coach direct reports, drive professional development, and maintain a high-performance culture; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service; Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control, and loss prevention while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
