About the Role
Ulta Beauty - West Saint Joseph Highway - Responsibilities: Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting or exceeding the stores goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.; Greet and engage every guest, personalize service to their needs, offer samples, and recommend complementary products and/or services.; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.

Qualifications
- Experience in cosmetic sales or beauty advisory preferred
- Knowledge of Clinique products or skincare knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
