About the Role

Belmont Senior Living - 1031 Seminole Drive - Responsibilities: Oversee food service compliance in the absence of the Chef Manager; Ensure recipe consistency and adherence to company standards while showcasing culinary creativity for special event menu planning as needed; Drive resident and guest satisfaction through clear communication, superior meal preparation, and outstanding dining service; Complete weekly food orders, prepare meals daily as needed, and prepare production schedules; Build a positive workplace culture by training employees in safety protocols, food handling, and kitchen cleanliness, while applying company policies fairly and consistently

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of culinary supervisory experience
  • Food safety certification preferred
