About the Role

Oak View Group - 185 Beamer Way - Responsibilities: Oversee the kitchen's daily activities in alignment with OVG policies to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability and a productive work environment; Assist the Executive Chef with overall kitchen operations including food and labor cost controls; Provide mentorship, training and development to kitchen staff to meet quality standards; Ensure compliance with health, sanitation and safety regulations and maintain proper kitchen cleanliness and organization; Coordinate event support, staffing, and setup for catered services as needed
