About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries through email, resolving issues, and providing helpful information about our products or services. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills and enjoys helping people.
