About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Perform electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical assemblies using engineering drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).; Install complex wiring per schematics without supervision and perform precision soldering functions.; Identify mechanical or operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and generate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to make corrections.; Read and interpret blueprints and production order descriptions (PODs) while maintaining accurate records of all builds.; Download and program software to IC chips or PLCs.

Qualifications
- Experience reading schematics/blueprints
- Proficient in soldering and wiring
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement ECRs
