About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Blueprint & Schematic Mastery: interpret complex wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) with zero errors; Point-to-Point Wiring Expert: execute high-level wiring, cable routing, crimping, and precision soldering; Complex Component Installation: install relays, terminal blocks, switches, power supplies, motors, and sensors; Functional Validation: conduct thorough functional testing and inspections to meet medical-grade quality standards; Leadership & Mentorship: assist in training Level 1 assemblers to ensure team-wide excellence
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience interpreting wiring diagrams and BOMs
- Ability to perform high-precision wiring, crimping, and soldering
