About the Role
The Kroger Company - 1845 N Scatterfield Rd - Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores e-Commerce department; Staff the department and develop associates to achieve desired results; Lead team in planning, implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives; Achieve/exceed weekly, period, annual sales, wage budgets, and other targeted goals; Ensure orders are filled with products requested or comparable substitutes in a timely and effective manner
