Capstone Restaurant Group - - Responsibilities: Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction; Evaluates each restaurant's QSC standards and provides regular feedback and coaching; Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure timely resolution; Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all Team Members; Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion
