Position: Director of Finance
Salary: $125,000–$150,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and projections
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
- Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in financial strategy and operational decision-making
- Collaborative, business-minded approach to finance
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- CPA/CFA or equivalent (preferred)
- 10+ years experience in finance leadership
