About the Role
Hubbel - - Responsibilities: Process customer purchase orders using SAP; Coordinate freight logistics and interact with Shipping Clerk on shipments; Distribute sales order acknowledgements to OEM and Utility customers; Answer basic customer inquiries via email and phone, issue RMA numbers in SAP, provide quotes; Maintain internal customer account profiles and file related documents
