Location: Bluffton, IN (Fully On-Site)
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
We are seeking a Controller to work closely with the CFO and support the financial operations of the organization. The Controller will have strong visibility to senior leaders, access to excellent benefits, and clear opportunities for career advancement. This Controller role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and regulatory compliance.

• The Controller supports daily accounting activities across AP, AR, and general ledger
• Lead monthly close activities, committing to a 3-business day close as Controller
• Produce accurate financial reports in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain accounting records, internal controls, and budgets to mitigate risk
• The Controller processes payroll GL files, intercompany transfers, and funding submissions
• Serve as backup for payroll processing and related functions
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
• Act as the primary Controller contact for audits, cost reports, and 990 filings
• Prepare workpapers and schedules for audits and regulatory reviews
• Support operating and capital budget development
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to reinforce data accuracy and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred for the Controller role
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise-level general ledger systems
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Participate in required training, meetings, and safety protocols
