Key Responsibilities – Controller:
- Serve as the primary accounting leader and act as the Controller for all financial reporting: monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
- Monitor and coordinate the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring the Controller maintains accuracy and consistency.
- Manage the accounting team: the Controller will mentor, develop and oversee team members to build a high-performing accounting group.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards: the Controller will stay abreast of evolving regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications – Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role, ideally having served as a Controller or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), financial statements and budgeting.
Responsibilities
