WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Month-End Close: Manage and execute timely, accurate close processes
Process Improvements: Streamline accounting operations and optimize reporting
Lease Accounting (ASC 842): Oversee compliance for 30+ leases
Fixed Assets: Build and implement a comprehensive Fixed Asset system, policies, and SOPs
Lead & Mentor: Develop, guide, and inspire your team
Preferred Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Certifications: CPA or CMA strongly preferred
GAAP-ready corporate audit experience
Multi-site healthcare and/or Private Equity-backed growth company experience preferred
Implementation projects and process improvement expertise
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience
