About the Role
University of Miami - 10451 NW 117 Ave - Responsibilities: Schedule and register patients for appointments within the UHealth system; Utilize EPIC scheduling system to search for appointments across physicians/resources/sites; Verify insurance information and benefits and ensure appropriate referrals; Provide patient information regarding appointments and policies; Intervene as liaison for patients, physicians, and staff to facilitate care
