About the Role
AdventHealth - 9395 Crown Crest Boulevard - Responsibilities: Prepares rooms for new admissions and orients patients to their rooms; Transfers patients between beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs with assistance from other personnel; Documents personal care, intake and output, vital signs, and weights according to policy; Addresses patient safety by following proper lifting and transporting techniques; Supports CNA duties and patient care activities as needed
Responsibilities
- Prepares rooms for new admissions and orients patients to their rooms
- Transfers patients between beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs with assistance from other personnel
- Documents personal care, intake and output, vital signs, and weights according to policy
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Aide (CNA) certification or equivalent
- Ability to assist in patient transfer and basic care duties
- Good documentation skills
