About the Role
PeaceHealth - - Responsibilities: Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse; Perform basic technical skills including CPR; taking and recording vital signs; measuring and recording fluid intake/output; applying dressings; reporting signs and symptoms of diseases or conditions; Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, mouth/skin care, grooming, toileting, eating and hydration; Provide patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed; Maintain unit supplies by stocking patient rooms and supply areas; document relevant patient care data
