What You’ll Lead
- Work hand‑in‑hand with the CEO and executive team on strategy, growth initiatives, and financial leadership.
- Own long‑range planning, budgeting, and board‑level reporting.
- Oversee close, reporting, cash management, tax, audit, and treasury.
- Lead compliance and ASC 606 application across multi‑entity, global operations.
- Guide pricing strategy, margin analysis, commercial negotiations, and contract review.
- Build and maintain scalable, audit‑ready financial controls for regulated enterprise customers.
- Lead ERP, billing, reporting systems, and automation initiatives.
- Mentor, coach, and scale a lean, high‑performing finance organization.
What You Bring
- 10–12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Prior experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive.
- Strong GAAP knowledge with deep ASC 606 expertise in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven success operating hands‑on in a high‑growth, scaling environment.
