SSM Health - 33 Everett Street - Responsibilities: Receives patient care assignment from the registered nurse (RN) in charge; Collects and documents data for admission assessment and reassessment at specific times; Contributes to safety and quality care by relaying information via charting and communication; Informs licensed nurse of changes in patient condition/needs and educational needs; Answers patients' calls for help, takes vital signs, and monitors condition; assists with baths, ambulating, feeding, hygiene, and bed care

Qualifications
- CNAs typically require completion of CNA program
