The IT Business Analyst serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams at Client site. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with enterprise tools, and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable technical requirements. Key Skills 1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 4 years experience in Service Now Demand Module 3. 4 years of experience querying databases for information in order to create charts, spreadsheet, etc for stake holders 4. 4 years experience using Microsoft Co-pilot 5.
