Servicenow Business Analyst
About the Role
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and process design for federal agency clients. Responsibilities Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements aligned with agency goals Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications within Agile/Scrum frameworks Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with Agile Coach to design new processes and ensure quality control Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Level security clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform Experience in the federal contracting space and working in an Agile/Scrum environment ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
