About the Role

Responsibilities * Lead the branch to achieve or exceed goals for deposits, new accounts, referrals, and loan production. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services. * Foster a high- performing sales and service culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability for branch team members. * Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. * Manage staffing, employee development, and performance to maintain a motivated and productive team environment. * Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards. * Originate and close consumer and small business loans ( generally up to $ 100,000 exposure) and assist with loan portfolio administration. * Maintain knowledge of bank systems and processes to ensure operational effectiveness and data integrity. * Represent the bank in community and professional activities to strengthen relationships and support business development.
