About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.; Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products/services.; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.; Book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events to deliver guest experience while meeting sales goals.; Maintain prompt, regular attendance and participate in ongoing training to drive sales performance.
