About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink; Greet and engage each guest, provide personalized service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products/services; Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales; Book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals
