Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Contribute to meeting or exceeding the stores goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.; Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products/services.; Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.; Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
