About the Role
TPG Hotels & Resorts - 3520 North Desert Drive - Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Marriott and Four Points brand standards, with a focus on our Best Brews local craft beer program; Provide guest engagement and ensure a welcoming atmosphere by engaging in friendly conversation and anticipating guest needs; Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and perform opening/closing duties for the 4 PM 11 PM shift; Take food orders for the lounge menu to ensure accurate delivery and a seamless Bar-to-Table experience; Verify identification for the legal drinking age (21+) and monitor guest consumption to ensure a safe and responsible environment
