About the Role
Four Seasons - - Responsibilities: Assist guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting and delivering it to guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness, as well as removal of items from the guests table; Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations; Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages; Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guests needs before requests are necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist guest service including retrieving food and delivering to guests
- Set up and break down tables and stations for service
- Clear and reset dining area and stock serviceware
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move items and work in a fast-paced environment
