About the Role
Clayton Homes - - Responsibilities: Operate machinery, power tools, and assembly equipment to manufacture doors according to production schedules.; Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to ensure proper materials, measurements, and finishes.; Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.; Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments to maintain optimal performance.; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
