About the Role
Illinois Tool Works - 86 Chancellor St - Responsibilities: Operate up to 4 complete lines of in-lined equipment for manufacturing of fasteners for commercial construction applications; Perform setup and operate a variety of in-lined equipment to cold head, point and thread-roll fasteners for commercial construction applications; Maintains machinery through preventive maintenance; Performs quality checks in adherence to specifications sheets; will also be responsible for documentation; Drives safety practices and procedures including identifying safety hazards
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple lines of inline equipment
- Perform setup and operation of inline equipment for cold heading, point forming, and thread-rolling of fasteners
- Maintain machinery and perform preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read specifications
